We will guarantee that the products you have ordered will be delivered within 60 days of ordering or your item is FREE

On-time Delivery starts the moment the product has been shipped out. 

All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don’t receive your order on time.

 

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of AliExpress.com
  • Unauthorized charges made to your bank account (e.g. if you bypassed AliExpress and made a payment directly to the seller)

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

  • Canada, Europe 10-30 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand 10-30 Business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America 15-30 Business days
  • Max delivery time – 60 business days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
